The Nike Sb Dunk High Sunrise was an idea that came about from a former pair of Dunks from the early 2000s. The client wanted to put a spin on them, and the vision we came up with was breathtaking.

The Idea

The idea was to use the same format as the original pair, which included the ombré mid-panel on a black upper. The vision was to add more ombré accents on the overall shoe to give it more flare. We went with the mid-panel, toe box, swoosh, sole, and heel tab in the sunrise colorway and blacked out the rest of the upper.

The Package

The package consists of a custom-built wooden shoebox painted to match the sunrise colorway on the shoe. We kept it simple in design, which proved to be better since the shoe itself had a more simplistic style.

The Finale

The finished product brought together by 3 pairs of laces, and custom acrylic sheet, on black interior. The shoe itself, showcases the ombré accents that were in the idea phase, along with the black uppers. It was topped off with a satin finish.
